At skycosmeticlenses.com, we ONLY stock authentic products. All our items are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturer. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products. If you have any concerns about any of the items you have purchased from us or are considering purchasing, please contact us directly by emailing us at skycosmeticlenses@gmail.com and we shall be happy to address your concerns.


EXCHANGE policy (not applicable on 1 day lens)


Skycosmeticlenses.com follows a transparent 'No Questions Asked' exchange policy for all  products except 1 day lenses and bundle of 1 day lenses bought from our online store. You can exchange the unused and unopned  products you have ordered within 2 days of the date of receipt. Please note that used products cannot be exchanged.

To exchange the unused and unopened goods, please email us at skycosmeticlenses@gmail.com and we will walk you through the process till completion. Special instructions for Color contact lenses: Products should not have been tried or used and the packaging should not have been tampered in any way.Special instructions for reverse pickup: The reverse product request will be assigned within 24-48 hours and the product will be picked in another 2-5 working days. After the product is picked along with the packaging box, the delivery executive will hand over the invoice. We will need a picture of this invoice to be shared with us on skycosmeticlenses@gmail.com. The products purchased under offers cannot be exchanged


PLEASE NOTE- ONLY UNUSED AND UN OPENED PRODUCT IS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE. PRODUCT ONCE OPENED AND USED WILL NOT ELIGIBLE TO EXCHANGE.


WE CHECK ALL THE LENSES TWICE BEFORE SHIPPING. PLEASE CHECK THE LENSES FROM BOTTOM OF VIALs or ABOVE THE BLISTERS IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT IF LENS IS CHIPPED. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE VIAL AND TAKE IMAGES FROM THE BOTTOM OF VIAL AND SHARE WITH US skycosmeticlenses@gmail.com. LENSES ONCE OPENED WILL GETS INELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.


KEEP LENSES SAFE, CHANGE THE SOLUTION TIMELY. ALSO, BE CAREFUL WHILE OPENING THE LENSES IF YOU SEE LENS IS ON THE UPPER SIDE OF LENS VIAL PLEASE SHAKE THE VIAL A BIT SO THAT LENS SETTLE AT BOTTOM WHICH PREVENT LENS TO GET DAMAGED. ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO LENSES COMPLETELY DEPENDS UPON HANDLING AND CARING OF LENSES AND DOES NOT DEPENDS UPON DURATION OF LENSES. REPLACEMENT/ RETURN/ EXCHANGE OF PHYSICALLY DAMAGED LENSES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.

Cancellation policy
An order can be cancelled only up to it is in 'Pending' state. Once we shipped it and its status is intransit, it can not be cancelled. You will have to send us an email on skycosmeticlenses@gmail.com with reasons for the cancellation. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same by email.
